My wife and I had CGI Sentinel windows installed in our house (21 units in 14 openings) and we’re very happy we went with Prime. We had seven companies stop by to get a feel for pricing and window quality. Bethany from Prime was the first to schedule an appointment with us for an estimate, and really never lost the poll position. She answered all of our questions and made us feel like we would be well taken care of if we went with Prime. I wanted impact windows not just for security, but also to reduce outside noise. I was a little worried about the fact that CGI only offers 5/16″ windows when many competitors offer 7/16″, but my wife liked the CGI style better than PGT, SIW, or Mr. Glass so that’s what we ended up going with. Prime didn’t have the lowest estimate, but I wanted to make sure we went with a company that was going to take our job seriously (not rush or delay it) and I think it turned out to be the right decision. The order for the permit and windows went through without a hitch and we scheduled installation barely a month after signing. It took five days to install all of the windows, but the installers (father & son team) were relentless, they cleaned up after themselves, and put down drop cloths and plastic barriers to reduce dust as much as possible…

Prime Windows just completed a new impact window installation at my house. Our salesperson, Bethany, was prompt from her first appointment through the job completion. The installation crew, Barbaro and Andy, were terrific. They arrived at 8 am and worked until after 5 pm without stopping. There is no mistaking the process is messy. But I think the installers worked had to minimize the dust. The inspection was passed on the first try. During the process the owner, Robert, visited the job site to review the installation progress.with me. The work was completed in the time frame that was promised and my wife and I are very pleased. We would highly recommend Prime Windows and Doors.

Our house windows and doors, although previously covered by hurricane shutters, were very old and needed a major upgrade. We looked around Yelp and other sites looking for reviews and came across Prime Window & Door. We saw all the positive reviews so we decided to reach out to them to get a quote. “… She even made some very helpful suggestions so that the cosmetic look of the new windows and doors would be just as spectacular as the quality of the products themselves…” After a few weeks of thinking about exactly what we wanted, we let Bethany know that we were ready and she came out with the owner of the company, Robert, to do the final measurements and sign the contract. Bethany would occasionally reach out to us to let us the know the status of our order and how soon we could expect to begin, which was really comforting and convenient since usually the client is the one that reaches out first. Once everything was ready, Robert and Bethany’s installers came out …” They were extremely professional, kind and very hard-working. When all was said and done, we passed inspection without one complication and we couldn’t be happier with our new windows and doors. I would recommend this company with my eyes closed and actually did refer them to my parents who did their windows with them as well. Those came out spectacular also. 10 stars for this company if i could.
