So this review is long overdue. I had been doing research on hurricane windows and the companies in Miami and Broward for a few years, due to the fact that my house had the original windows from 1972. I called Robert more than a few times about installing hurricane windows in my home. This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Bethany arrived at the house to provide us with ideas. The approach was honest, well informed and creative. She came back as many times as needed, to answer questions or provide insight from her experience. Once the contract was signed a realistic time table was defined and they delivered on that.

Robert (The owner) was exceptionally accurate on the measurements. He visited the work site when his team was working and made sure that everything met his and our approval. The installers were competent, hard working and very exacting in their standards. We had a few minor issues after the completion of the job and Robert had a team come right out to address them.
